What is K.O.S. Brand NYC?

We are more than a label; We are a community-driven ecosystem based in the five boroughs. We bridge the gap between high-end streetwear and interactive digital experiences. Access to our full collection and community is reserved for those who hold a Rank within the Royal Family.

Why is there a membership fee?

To maintain the integrity of our culture and the quality of our garments, we cap our community. Your $100 annual membership grants you "Regent" status, unlocking exclusive shop access, the 32-bit NYC Side-Scroller game, and the ability to earn Royal Credits (RC) to discount your orders.

What is the "30% " I see mentioned?

Transparency is our foundation. 30% of every membership fee is drafted directly into the Company Chest. These funds are strictly allocated toward the opening and scaling of our first physical NYC flagship location. When you join, you aren't just a customer; you are a stakeholder in our physical expansion.

What is "Legacy Status"?

Legacy status is a "First-In" honor reserved for the first 100 members who join between January 1st and February 26th. It grants a permanent 1.5x Royal Credit multiplier, meaning you earn rewards 50% faster than standard members—forever.

I’m a Guest. Why can’t I see all the clothes?

Guests have access to the "Public Shop," which contains our 25 Essentials. The core of the brand—including the Monarch Jacket and limited-run drops—is stored within The Chests, a portal visible only to logged-in members.

What are Royal Credits (RC)?

Royal Credits are our internal currency. You earn them by playing the NYC Side-Scroller. You can use these credits at checkout in The Chests to "buy down" the price of premium garments by up to 30%.

THE GAME (NYC SIDE-SCROLLER)

How do I play the game?

Once you become a Regent, navigate to "The Game" tab. Enter the 6-digit Member Key found in your dashboard or welcome email to sync your progress.

Do my game rewards actually turn into real discounts?

Yes. As you fight through the 5 Boroughs and collect Copper, Iron, and Gold keys, your points are automatically synced to your website account as Royal Credits.

This is our Private Forum and digital headquarters. Here, members see upcoming designs before they go into Production, share strategies Examples: for beating the Manhattan Boss in the game, and network with the 5,000 Regents building this brand.

How do I get my Member Key?

Your unique 6-digit key is sent via your automated welcome email immediately after your $100 induction fee is processed. You can also find it in your "Member Profile" on the website.
