Refund Policy

 

At K.O.S. BRAND NYC , we maintain a strict policy to protect the exclusivity of our brand and the integrity of our inventory. By making a purchase on this Wix-powered site, you agree to the following terms:

1. NO REFUNDS ON MEMBERSHIPS

The $100 Annual Membership Fee (Founders, Regents, Monarchs) is a "License to Access" and is 100% Non-Refundable. Once payment is processed and access to the brand ecosystem is granted, the service is considered "rendered in full."

 

2. PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE RETURNS

We offer a [7 or 14]-day return window from the date of delivery for physical products, subject to the following strict conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Items marked as "Limited Drop," "Vaulted," or "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Royal Credit (RC) Purchases: Any portion of a purchase paid for using RC (subject to our 30% cap) is Non-Refundable. If a return is accepted on a hybrid-payment item, you will only be refunded the cash portion; RC used is forfeited.

 

3. RETURN PROCESS (WIX PORTAL)

To initiate a return, you must log in to your K.O.S. Member Account on our site:

  1. Navigate to "My Orders."

  2. Select the item and request a Return Authorization (RA).

  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

4. RESTOCKING FEES

To account for the administrative costs of processing returns within our LLC, all approved returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

 

5. EXCHANGES

Due to the limited nature of K.O.S. BRAND NYC production runs, we cannot guarantee size availability for exchanges. If you need a different size, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order immediately.

 

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, you must notify us at Info@kosbrandnyc.online within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. If verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at our expense.
